LED Headlight Installation for Kawasaki Z650

Not my video.

And since Tremonte is here, he can post his own videos and I won't steal the magic of doing it for him haha! So here's someone else that owns a Z650, a Youtuber that goes by the name of Crzycatman and he shows us how to install LED marker lights along with LED headlights.

Are you going to do the main headlight too? It looks so much better. I couldn't stand to have yellow anymore.

How are LED headlights at night? I remember when people were putting HIDs without proper headlights and they were blinding the people going the other way. Are LED headlights bad if you install them without the proper housing? Are they friendly on 2 way streets at night?

I have had no issues, been flashed at, etc from oncoming traffic. But it is a HUGE difference in visibility. I have a comparison video on my channel going through several tunnels if you want to see what the Z looks like before and after the LEDs. It will blow your mind! Highly recommend it.

Comparison starts at 7:00 and goes through several tunnels.

The headlight is aimed lower toward the ground so no cars should be blinded. It really is worth getting.

I used Sylvania led in the corners and Sylvania Silverstar Ultra (HID) for the headlight 4100k. I am very pleased. I can see further out to the sides now. I am not sure if it is the color that made the difference in what I can see, or if Sylvania's claim is true (more down road more side road) but either way they are a big noticeable improvement. Bought this to save a little money. But I will be going full LED once the Silverstars go out.

Wow. I have no idea how I missed this video of yours. I love watching your videos and I hope you never stop making them. I'll be really bummed if you run out of Z650 mods or get something else lol

Not to sidetrack this thread but do you know what mods you'll be doing next?

Here is the next mod. Crappy weather incoming, so will be doing the install this week if I can get away from work at a decent time. It's been crazy busy lately.

After that, most likely new tires, brakes, brake lines, fork emulators and other suspension mods.
And... hopefully getting the ECU cracked so we can get some reflashing done. Just waiting on the guys at Superbike Unlimited to finish race season.

That's very sweet looking! What are you planning to gain out of this? Different gearing?
Is there a build thread for your bike vs. youtube videos? I like your videos but would like some more discussion and ongoing review about the products that you're using. Very curious about your module for your LED headlight and if it moves around or rattles...stuff like that, ya know?
