Rhinomoto Mirror Mounts for CRG Bar End Mirrors

Hey guys!

Just thought I'd share with you that Rhinomoto has restocked their supply of bar end mirror mounts that are specifically designed to mount CRG mirrors on the Z650... There's a very limited supply at the moment since these are custom made.

https://www.rhinomoto.com/product-ca...saki-bar-ends/

The ones that fit the Z650 are the "Ninja 650 (2016+) Mirror Mounts". There's no picture at the moment but they will look like the "M8 Bolt Kawasaki Mirror Mounts". The M8 Mirror Mounts fit older Kawasaki models but not the Z650 so be sure to get the correct ones.

Hey I've been looking for a good bar end mirror set up. Do you have pictures of this on your bike?

I just did mine and it was a mess lol, on the left side as i was loosening the bolt i chewed up the rubber super bad, and on the throttle side i guess i didnt heat up the allen enough and i pulled out the entire tubing(not sure what i pulled out to be honest). the two little clips are both mangled up pretty bad too i couldn't straighten them out. From user experience as well as what other folks say Kawasaki handlebars and bar ends are always tough to **** with. Once i get payed im going to just switch to Renthal handlebars.

Hey Madrigal, sorry to hear about that. Steffan from Rhinomoto mentioned that heat needed to be applied to these. Instead of doing it myself (I don't have a heat gun), I took my bike to a service/repair shop down the street and they did it for me. The guy said he had to apply a lot of heat to the stock bar ends to get them off.

UPDATE! Just got my RhinoMoto bar ends and CRG Arrow Mirrors on! Here are the pictures. I got the tapered bar end mirror mounts in the black powder coat finish. Attached are images of the bar ends themselves, bar ends attached, and bar ends with mirrors attached! As mentioned above, heat needs to be applied with a heat gun in order to remove the stock bar ends. I didn't want to mess anything up by doing it myself so I opted to take it in (plus I don't have the proper tools).

Very happy with the results! Steffan from Rhinomoto was super awesome and accommodating. Since Rhinomoto is local to my area (San Jose/Santa Clara County), he even offered to swing by and help out if help was needed. Hope that helps any of you folks looking for good bar end options!

Hey guys, i used the heatgun for about two minutes on each end, that threadlock is strong as ****. So i found out i just pulled out the internal weight which isnt a big deal. Going to stop by the dealer on my day off and get both weights and clips switched out. For anyone planning to do the installation themselves, really heat the bolt as much as you can, and also CRG bolts for the mounts are super soft so dont strip them. Also ill upload some pics when i get home.

(Just a tip, you don't have to use the CRG mirrors, any 22mm mirrors will do) I ordered the rhinomoto bar ends before seeing this post. I'm glad I did, however I ended up having to go out and buy a heat gun and impact driver. That thread lock ain't no joke.
