Afternoon all. I guess 'recently' (October '17) got myself a Z650. Wanted to add a second bike to the garage that wasn't as intense. Had an '08 ZX6R until 2014 and then got a '13 ZX14R as a leftover. Northeast hasn't afforded us too much riding weather so far in '18 but hopefully get out there more now.

Oh I have the white one.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new-ish Z650. The smaller bike must feel so much more maneuverable compared to the beastly ZX14R you have!

Congrats on the 650 and welcome to the community! Can see your quite the Kawasaki enthusiast, and looking forward to hearing your impressions once you get to spend more time on the bike. There's no shortage of aftermarket accessories for this bike, so I don't doubt you'll be able to tweak it to your liking.

I've had pretty minimal modification at this point.

- Oxford Heated Grips
- Motech Tank Ring (for tank bag)

Currently have bar end mirrors and Motech frame sliders on order.

I do enjoy having the small bike some. Definitely on hotter days like today. I absolutely love the 14 and have ridden it from 20 to 100 degrees out. But the lighter is definitely fun. Makes me wish I hadn't sold the ZX6 5 years ago.

Fender elim doesn't phase me. I may just custom modify the tail.

The radiator guard I'm already in process of deciding. Waiting to see if Cox will have one or not

Come to think about it I have seen a lot of riders running the stock fender on a lot of bikes regardless of brand. On the forums it seems everyone is quick to swap it out, but not so much the case in the real world. Personally I rather put money into other areas before aesthetics that do little to improve my experience.

Bingo. I did the one on my 14R myself. Much easier when the turn signals aren't part of the whole set up though.

the vagabond fender eliminator is easy and super simple with the directionals and looks way better. To each his own.
