I was able to start the bike with the entire exhaust taken off, multiple times. This probably wasn't a good idea but the only thing that happened was the check engine light came on. After installing new exhaust and putting the O2 sensor back in, it took about 100 miles for the light to reset and go off.

There may be something else at play if the bike wont turn over. All a bad/broken 02 sensor would do is cause the bike to run hot and run horribly at higher speeds.

I have a similar issue with mine (2018 abs). I installed a new exhaust and now the bike wont start. one of the o2 sensor wires got clipped during installation. I noticed it and rewired it. could this have any correlation with it not starting?
