Hi All, I just ordered a brand new 2019 Z650 performance which I will be getting in a couple of weeks, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a few bits:

Mirrors, the stock ones look a little plasticy for me.
phone mount, going to use it as my satnav.
Tail Tidy, I saw the R&G one as well as the barracuda but unsure what's best,


Also is it worth replacing the headlight unit with a Xenon projector/LED lamp?

There are cheaper but I went with this one. And its solid, easy fit and looks good.

Ram Phone Mount
I don't remember the model I found it at a motorcycle shop. This was not cheap but after using a cheap branded mount that I found on Amazon and paying insurance deductables ($400+) to replace two different phones after falling off the bike. I decided to invest. Haven't had a problem with this one. Even when I forget to use the rubber strap.

Headlight LED is way brighter you can find a few LED headlights that are recommended on the forum.

Sorry for the mess but haven't gotten around to cleaning the bike.

I believe I went for the same tail tidy kit that czrlaker did...loving the look so far!

Although I avoid driving when its still wet out there as there is no longer sufficient protection to prevent the splash-back from the rear wheel while riding.

With regards to the Phone mount..I'm yet to decide as I've been toying with the idea of getting a Garmin or Tom-Tom..just not ready to spend the coin yet..lol
For what its worth, most people seem to prefer Ram Mounts...so yeah..

Thanks guys, Sorry in delay,

I've been looking into this all and the Barracuda Tail tidy is what I've ended up with
Ram Phone mount definitely looks like the way to go so Imma pick one of those up,
I also ordered this Bellypan for Kawasaki Z650 2017> - Jesters Trick Bits Limited in black, which I'm hoping will look okay on the new 2019 white colour scheme. (attached)
Praise be that it fits with the akra exhaust on.

I've also ordered some barracuda mirrors, as they're a little sleeker and nicer looking than the stock ones - Hopefully this should be one **** of a good looking Z650.
