Not sure if many people realize it, but after reading a few comments from people talking about how certain things are angled, or wrists cramp, hard to get foot under the shifter, etc. I came to think many people don't know that you can fully rotate and adjust all the hand and foot controls to suit your riding position and height.

So, here's how.

Thanks, it's very useful.

It seems that you can also gain more adjustement on shifter lever by rotating the part around the gearbox axis and after readjusting the rod ?

Which levers do you have ? They are really nice !

You can get a little more by rotating that part, yes. Just test the shifter thoroughly by hand before you ride, because too much of angle can cause it to bind up and warp the adjusting rod under the pressure of your foot.

Those are MZS levers. Found on amazon. There is a link to them in the description of my videos.
