Aftermarket weighted bar ends to reduce vibration

I'm looking for a recommendation on some weighted bar ends that would be more effective than the OEM ones. I've also seen the "Bar Snake" online which is rubber I think but for larger Harley handle bars. Would silicon or rubber be better to use in place of the weights inside the handlebars? I would really like to reduce the vibrations in my throttle hand...
