Hey all,

I was wondering, any of you running a different handlebar, or has anyone found a clip-on riser that fits our bike? I stumbled across some FZ-07’s with the Woodcraft clip-on riser and it’s got my curiosity piqued. Lately most my riding has been highways so I’m always a bit leaned forward anyway, figured this might be an interesting modification to try.

Every alternate weekend I do a 800 km highway riding. I am thinking about modifying the handle bar too. I have no idea yet except maybe a handlebar riser.

If you find one that fits, please let me know. I did some research and the Woodcraft riser won’t fit our bike, and with the way our dash is designed, I’m not sure if any riser will. I’ve been looking at various bars, I don’t really want to do a straight/drag bar, though it currently looks like the easiest solution. I’m not at home where my bike is, but I think Woodcraft clip-ons with 3" vertical extensions might work, but then you’re really leaned over, probably a bit too much to be comfortable for very long. So the hunt continues...

How to remove the handlebar? Any video or instruction? Thanks in advance.

Installed a windshield extension. Reduce wind noise at highway speed. I like it, can be removed when I am not riding long distance.
