Instal is fairly simple but time consuming…. seats off, side panels, ignition cover etc. I removed the petrol tank as I wanted the sensor routed to directly in front of the air intake. Simply a case of plug and play, instructions come with the booster plug. Cost for me was $169.95. Totally transformed my bike runs vdry smooth now.never heard of this until now. I looked it up. Sounds very interesting. Damn bikes run so lean nowadays. Tell me more

Really? It's insane how snatchy it is. Just for that I'm considering it. No stalling issues. But lifting gas tank is something I've avoided doing. Maybe this winter, I'll do the air filter while at it.No snatchy throttle or stallng here. Yay! Saved $170!
I also fitted one recently. So much better than stock. Doesn't totally remove the snatchiness but probably improves it by 70-80% (at least that's in my climate)Just added the plug to my Z. The hard part is getting the tank off. The easy part is connecting the plug. Won't really know if it makes a difference until next season.
I fitted one ( well have to credit my husband for this) to my previous bike Duke 390 but that was a single. Made a lot of difference for low speed control, town riding etc. Not planning on fitting to my Z though, it feels way more civilised than the Duke but we’ll see 😆never heard of this until now. Where did you put the sensor? I followed a YouTube video for guidance for my Duke but chose to put the sensor up by the yoke rather than under rear panel as gave much better clean air.Just added the plug to my Z. I ran the sensor in front, like where everything meets at the triple tree (just under it). Zip tied it there. I just looked up yoke, and yea, exactly thereWhere did you put the sensor?
