Hi !
I'm new here, and new to the motorcycle scene.. Just got my Z650.
So the question might sound stupid..
I'm going away for a month, what are the chances that the battery will start the engine after whole month without driving?
A friend of mine could start the bike once a week, is it going to help to keep the voltage? How much RPM do i need to get to
so there will be solid charging?
I'm talking about starting the bike and rev it up on neutral a little bit.

Didn't know where to post the question, the engine section seemed legit enough..

I spend around 5 months of the year in Spain (I live in the UK) and I keep my bike hooked up to a small solar charger when I'm away,works great and only cost around
£60

This is the one I have,its cheaper than I remember,its 6 watt output which is enough for bike battery,I live in the UK but sure you could get similiar in the US.

I hate to mention brands but an intelligent charger like what CTEK offers might be worth looking into. With similar products you get vital battery health information.
