I think I may have mentioned it on another thread, but you have to be careful about checking for grit that accumulates under the bag after riding for a while. The grit will definitely scratch up the tank. I think one of the fellas here mentioned he puts a soft towel between the tank and the bag. I don't know if that will work with your bag, but it might be something to consider.

I'll try that. Just seems like it would susceptible to sliding around.
