I'm thinking about removing V-shaped and Z decals from the front of the bike, but I'm not sure how easy they'll come off and really don't want to mess it up.

I've read that it works good to spray the decals with WD-40, let them sit a while, heat them up with a hairdryer, then start peeling them off while heating the leading edge a bit along the way.

Has anyone else removed decals, and if so did you use this or a similar method and do you have any tips or advice?

I think it's easier than that. I removed the 650 decal on the back with my nail. Came out fresh.
...and also the Notice stickers with my nail.

heat gun or hair dryer..heat it up then peel it with your nail...works well

I straight up removed it like any other sticker. No problem. Fingernail.

Yep, it was easier than I expected. No hairdryer required. I just got them started with my fingernail, peeled off, and removed the residual sticky with WD-40.
