Hey y'all, just here to post up the fender elimination kit that I found on EBay.
Cost: $40
Seller is creese if anyone is interested.
I went EBay mainly due to cost. $70-$130 for a bracket and maybe a light seems a bit steep IMO.
What comes in the kit? The bracket and light. That said straight forward install reuse all my old hardware except on the light. I did install the tag light that was included.
The bracket is designed to where you can use LED turn signals if you wish, but if you choose to stay with stock you simply break of the tabs (red arrows) and insert your stock ones (which is what I did). We then filed what was left that held the tab on so we have smooth surface and no damage to the turn signal boot.
Here's some photos to show!

Cheers!

Hey there,

I don't want to be a downer but in my opinion, there is no excuse for not getting the Vagabond kit.
No modding needing and the best look of all fender eliminator kits.

Probably all kits sold here in Germany have the blinker's base located right where the license plate ends just like on the pics you posted.
Personally, I favor the blinkers to be closer together like with the Vagabond or R&G kit, but thats personal preference.

Cheers,
Alex

As stated main reason for this route was cost. I'm happy with the results of getting rid of the ugly fender which was the main objective.

Also if this was a performance part or protective part of some sort my first choice would be to spend the extra money on name brand quality parts for my new bike.
