Greetings!

Semi-new rider here. Went in to the shop looking at a N400 to supplement my '82 KZ550-c that always needs work, and ended up taking a Z650 home! Only took it around the block so far, but its an awesome bike

Congrats on the new Z650 and welcome to the forum! That's quite the upgrade from your previous bike and you'll have to let us know what you think once you get some more time on it. Which color did you end up going with?

I learned in the first few minutes riding it how different it is from my other bike. I definitely need to consciously take it easy on this one until i'm more comfortable on it, whereas on my kz550 its kind of hard to get in to trouble.

Overall i'm loving it though, even with only 15 miles on it so far. It has rained every day since I picked it up. But that means the fender delete and LED lights that arrived today can get installed this weekend
