How about the Matte Paint?

I'm a bit old school...really don't care much for matte paint. I've had a number of people, including sales people, tell me that when you scratch the black matte paint it can be very hard (if not impossible) to disguise or clean up scratches on the tank.

What about the White color...is it just as hard to fix, rub out, etc.? Or worse? Wish we got the gloss Green here.

Thanks.

Two scratches on my white bike. Not really noticeable.
No one else? Must be you are all careful with your belt buckles. :)
I put the Progrip tank pads on before I ever leave the dealership to avoid scratches. My bikes get a complete wash and wax, once a month at minimum. No scratches or scuffs here.
Does this bike only come in matte paint if so I will have to look for a different bike because matte paint will not work for me?

That's your criteria for a purchase? So strip and paint it.

Or you could look into getting it vinyl wrapped.
