hi has any one else had a problem with the ignition barrel some times i find it hard to get the key to turn and some times i dont think it turns on properly

I've had that problem with my fuel cap.
The key did bend a little.

Yeah, i got that issue too.

Dang...I cant say I ever have.

But I do use some silicon to lubricate the barrel every 3 months or so..

I have the same problem every now and then but you should fix it easily with some silicon lube and if not just scratch some pencil lead down into it, graphite dry lubricates quite well and your problem should be resolved.
