Tail tidy. Because the original license plate holder is just plain wrong.
And after that the turn signals, because the originals look like an extra set of handlebars :')

Congratulations on your new bike! What colour did you pick?

Other than license plate bracket and any comfort mods, just ride the thing. Don't mess with performance mods until you're used to stock performance. Modern bikes are pretty great stock and can't be improved much unless you're dropping 10k$. Comfort mods are another story

Lol so you just want a ninja 650 then, Carvalho. You're suggestions are exact opposite of what I would recommend.

Kinda what I was thinking.

I have a 2020 as well and have had it since October. Only things I've done are added some frame sliders, tank grips, and a tail tidy. I picked up a tail tidy for like $35 on Amazon, and I'm super happy with it. All aluminum. Uses all factory lighting. No reason to spend $100+ on one in my opinion.

I received my permanent plate since this, and took the giant rectangle reflectors off.

Please post the amazon link of the tail tidy that you installed. Thank you.

What are Tank Grips for? Thanks.

None of my suggestions are present on the ninja 650... not even lower bars...
also, One could prefer a naked bike over a full fairing bike - so, if you want a bit sportbike features on a naked bike, you can have them on a Z650.

sorry for jumping in on this but I'm new and don't know how to make a post yet. any suggestions for mirrors that are not bar end mirrors. I had bar end mirrors and the just vibrate too much to even be useful. I don't mind the stock style mirrors but i was looking for something a little more stylish. any suggestions would be great

well I have a different set coming so ill let you know if it was just those I had before. but the first pair I had as when i was riding it would vibrate the mirrors so much that it was impossible to see in them. you could kind of see shapes of stuff but it was pretty blurry. I even tried putting some rubber in-between the bar end and the mirror mount its self. no hope. I do however have protaper bars and with no weight to them it buzzes a little more through the bars, I filled them with backer rod and this weekend im going to ad some weights to hopefully cut down on the vibrations. i can let you know what the outcome is on the new mirrors.

What bars are you using? Really curious about lowering my bars on my new 2021 Z650. I love the bike, but if I could lower them like this I'd be SOOOOO much happier with it. Link if possible, THANKS!
