I have a 2020 z650 and I want to buy front and Rear stands for it. I know sometimes you have to install parts on the axels for the stands. I want to know what stands work good, and also if you have to install stand mounts with the stand you use. Any video tutorials are welcomed too.

I thought of this video as soon as I read your question. Ive been using "cheap" stands for 5 years, no problems.

Also if you purchase a set of sliders they come with "swingarm sliders" which will screw directly into the pre-drilled holes already on your swingarm.

Those are nice-looking stands, no doubt strong. But I have been using an inexpensive seet of Venom lifts for 3 years now with complete satisfaction. The only addition I made to my bike was to add a pair of spools on the rear.

The Venom stands do work great for this bike. You may have to get new stands if you get a larger bike, I recently found out. They are nice stands, though.
