If anyone (like me) is looking to lower their footpegs on the Z650, the set made for the 2017 Kawasaki 650 Versys by Motowerk fits perfect. Takes about 5 minutes to install, it is a bracket that lowers the stock peg about an inch. Some may need it, some may not. I did because of an injury to my left ankle that prevents movement, gives me more room to shift. I had them on my old Versys for leg comfort. You can see them and instructions at motowerk.com. They also have a neat little block that lowers the brake pedal if necessary to match the new peg location. Excellent quality stuff.

Six foot here, don't feel cramped but definitely sounds like something I want to try,maybe beneficial for the long rides.

Im 6'2 and I was cramped on my bike when I got it. with the Ergo seat it helped, then I got some protaper bars to free up space in the front of the bike. I'm pretty happy with my set up currently but this seems like it will give me a little more leg room, with the pegs being lowered does it affect the way you can reach the shifter and brake like will my foot have to be angled upward to hit the brake pedal? does it help free up some leg space? if possible may you post a picture of what it looks like with your foot on the pegs?

Any reason why they wouldn't fit on the 2021 Z650? Looking at your photos, everything looks the same as my 2021 but I'd like to be sure before shipping this all the wat across to New Zealand (freaking $45 shipping cost)
