Hello. I am trying to remove the mirror mount to install a RAM ball adapter to the base. Is the mount base (that is on the handlebar - red arrow on the picture below) removable? Or is it just the stem that is removable? The reason why I want to remove that is because I cannot turn the mirror stem - windshield is on the way.
