Can you clarify? What are "bangs crush" and where is the long bolt that you mention?
My Z650 frame has cracked!!!

That exactly what happened!
Please see attached pictures
Used the bike only for normal commuting in London, did 6K miles, had an exhaust system fitted
Called Kawasaki UK, they asked me if I had bangs crush fitted, I said I had them but they got stolen
they said if the long bolt which hold them was missing the engine will lose support in some sort which causes the frame to crack!!! would you believe that??
Warranty has expired, so bike is sitting in my garage now, I'm thinking sell as parts
Some other signs of cracked frame:
Bike doesn’t sit safe when using side stand, it's like is falling on one side

Thats mild steel and would mig weld no problem. At least the engine casing has not cracked or has it. Forget the dealers write to Kawasaki And send pics, then if no good response get the motorcycle press involved.Hello
