I’m new here and (not yet) an owner of an Z650. My name is Marcel and I’m considering an Z650 and I’m hoping to find the anwers here to decide to buy one (or not)

2. Your experience with motorcycle?
3. Budget?
4. Where you live, big city? Small? Rural? Climate?
Riding condition.
5. Fit, some bike fit you some not so.

Welcome to the forum. With any bike there are going to be reasons for and reasons against. According to Motorcycle.com the 2018 650 is rated in the top 10 bikes of the year.
