Hi All. I'm a relatively new rider, as I've only been riding for 2 years. Started on a Ninja 300 to get a feel for everything and just picked up my Z650 yesterday. Thanks for all the posts on mods! Already have quite a bit ordered and looking to have a few busy weekends coming up installing!

Thanks! I ordered the OES frame sliders, the Vagabond fender eliminator, and a Tufskinz matte black tank pad. Currently contemplating the green LED lights too! Went with the matte black bike, so trying add a little pop of color at night.

Also still researching something to replace those alien tentacles that they call mirrors. Would prefer something that just wasn't so high, but would prefer not to do bar end mirrors if possible.

All that sounds awesome. I think green LEDs would look good with the alien antennas lol. Post some pictures when you're finished. I was also thinking of getting some lights since I will be on a night shift soon. Revzilla looked like they had some nice aftermarket mirrors if you haven't looked there already.

You definitely got a nice little mod list going on there so far! I definitely feel what you mean by alien antennas.. I hate em! Bar end mirrors are necessary!

Haha. I hope I can find something that is about half as high, but comes from the standard location. I'm a little taller (6'1") and not sure if the bar end mirrors will be a stretch to look down at or not.

6'0 foot here. Just recently installed the bar ends. It does feel like a stretch looking down that far, definitely feels like I am taking my eyes off the road. Keep us posted with mirrors you find. I would be really interested.
