Hi found it really hard to remove the rear brake disk (rota) red lock tight on bolts had to get my mechanic to do it he suggested to replace the bolts as he doesn't stock red lock tight any other ideas how to remove these bolts in the future

The recommended way is to apply localized heat to soften the threadlocker. I use a small propane torch. LocTite also makes a solvent called Chisel, I think, that dissolves the stuff, and I have heard Brakleen CRC brake cleaner will do the same.

Correct.
One trick I learned from Tremonte was to have a metal piece touch the bolt and apply a torch to the other end.
This way the heat transfer into the bolt after which one can try removing it manually or using an impact driver.
