HELP!! Anyone else running the full titanium exhaust? I want to pull the dB killer but for the life of me it wont come out. I've removed that small 5mm hex set screw but nothing. It's literally jammed in there. Do I need to remove the muffler and push it out from the inside?

Hate to give you non-specific advice because I have a yoshi exhaust on my z650 but if you can't pull it out with pliers and you've been riding with the dB killer in then you're going to have to knock it loose. You might have to take off the muffler part to be able to get leverage on it.
My Boy had this problem. It was a matter of gentle heat and lashings of wd40 eventually with pliers it came. but was a real pain i thought it would never pop out but in the end and a pair of ruined pin nosed pliers it gave in just before i did.
