A straight forward way to remove and replace the tired rear suspension on a Ninja 650 or ER6. This process is nearly the same for the Z650. Only the bolts are not as easily accessed without removing the side trim. I also built a rig to remove the spring from the assembly for shock access.

Take caution when removing and handling compressed suspension components!
