Just bough a new z650 for my wife. We were thinking about adding windscreen. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Not many available yet, but I have looked at Power Bronze, Puig and Pyramid Plastics brands on their websites. These all mount above the headlight where the little spoiler thing fits. None look like they offer much protection, but are styled to match the bike. They all should be available soon. I use a National Cycle "Deflector" shield, that I took off another bike. I have used these for years, and give me as much protection as I need for my riding. Don't get the one with "quick mounts" as there isn't sufficient room on the Z handlebars. It protects my chest from the bugs and ends about neck high, which limits helmet buffeting. I'll try to attach a photo of it mounted on mine.

Thanks for the reply, I'll check out the shield you are using. Was looking at a couple but not many out there yet. She is moving from a small cruiser bike with decent wind protection to the z, so I'm not sure how much wind protection you can get for this bike and still keep the look and style of a sport bike. I have a sv650 with no screen...spring time=lots of bugs lol.

Went to the Website for national cycle. There are several models for the "Deflector". Which model are you using? Looks like they are for bikes rounded headlights. Is that the way yours is? Couldn't tell from your pic profile view.

N25030 is the model, using the U-clamps. The lower edge is flat (ish).
